Shipping policy
Delivery Coverage: We deliver orders throughout UAE, excluding remote areas not covered by regular courier services. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your address, please call our Customer Service at +971 553106638 before placing your order.
Shipping Charges: As per the shipping charges mentioned at the time you placed the order.
Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email at the provided email ID. Once your payment is received in our account, our Customer Representative will call the mobile number provided in your order to confirm the order and address details. We place a confirmation call for each order before processing it to ensure accurate shipping information. Please ensure your latest contact number is entered in the order form to facilitate communication.
Delivery Timeframe: All orders are delivered to the customer within 5-7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Delayed Orders: If you have not received your order within 5-7 working days from the shipping date, please contact our Customer Service number at +971 553106638 for assistance.
Delays Due to Forced Measures: We are not responsible for inadvertent delays in delivery due to forced measures such as political disturbances, fog, storms, strikes, flight delays, fire, riots, natural calamities, network changes, paperwork discrepancies, octroi, sales tax-related issues, etc. However, our Customer Service team will ensure you are kept updated in case of any such unforeseen circumstances.
